Primo Ceramic Charcoal Grills covers a Limited Lifetime Warranty Backed by a Twenty (20) year guarantee on all ceramic parts.
Other warranty includes Five (5) years on all metal parts (excluding cast-iron parts), One (1) year on all cast-iron parts and Thirty (30) days on thermometers and felt gaskets.
WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including nickel (metallic), which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm.

Order Confirmation:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@BBQHangout.com and we will process return on your behalf for FREE. Simple as that!
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
